Ilsya Hijab x Let’s Rock Cancer

out of curiosity aku cekalkan hati dan pejamkan mata je order ilsya hijab. bukan murah (from MYR38/each) and masa tu scholarship belum masuk. tapi takpe. kalau pasal selendang it’s ok untuk splurge.

ilsya hijab navy blue

i wore it last week masa pergi shopping dengan kak bie. and then after shopping pergi fetch jana dekat Bukit Jalil.  and then makan dekat Sri Nangka. and then pergi tengok konsert Let’s Rock Cancer dekat Dataran Gemilang UKM.

at the end of the day, aku tak menyesal langsung keluar duit lebih sikit beli ilsya hijab even though some might say lebih kurang dengan selendang cotton lycra tu SEBAB:
1. material dia lain. lebih anjal *LOL. lebih kurang macam cardigan nichii yang lembik-lembik tu tapi tebal sikit. i like!
2. sangat panjang boleh tutup dada

3. tak panas and tak berpeluh. bila dia cakap ilsya hijab sesuai for cuaca dekat Malaysia dia tak tipu!
4. langsung tak pakai pin pun tak akan bergerak jauh selendangnya.
5. tak payah iron.
6. tengok orang lain pakai, macam best. teringin nak ada juga.
7. aku follow owner ilsya hijab. blog dengan twitter (dulu). puisi dia best. gambar tunang dia best. dia best. so hypothetically, selendang dia jual pun best. hipotesis terbukti betul.

tapi ni opinion aku je lah. kalau korang lepas baca ni pergi order sekali bila dapat and pakai korang rasa tak best jangan lah marah aku pulak.

Before the year started I made a list of resolutions...

No ice cream and iced drinksProject #hitpan - one year makeup shopping ban, to clear off expired makeup and to finish off as much product as I canTo be less fussy, less naggy, less cranky, less annoying towards husbandNo fast foodTo become more presentable - after nine months of sloppiness at the office ... only to break most of it.
I've decided to let go of resolution #1 and #4 because, I got to be honest with myself, it's not possible right now.
Currently, resolution #2 and #5 are still ongoing. #3? Let's just say January is a trial month.

Projek Maging Steakhub @ Bandar Baru UDA

On his 28th birthday, we went to Projek Maging. Projek Maging's specialty is *obviously* steak.
He ordered lamb ribs so I ordered something cheaper (because I'm paying), lamb loin and mushroom soup as appetizer. For dessert we had chocolate flourless cake with ice cream.
The lamb loin steak was good. Delicious even without the sauce. Soup and cake, average. The ribs though, exceptional! My mouth waters just thinking about it. It is so good. Everything just melts in your mouth... *cries*. Belanja please? :(

Projek Maging Steakhub is located at No. 26, Jalan Padi Emas 1/7, Bandar Baru UDA. Tueday - Thursday 12.30pm-2.30pm 6.00pm-10.00pm Friday 3.00pm-10.00pm Saturday & Sunday 12.30pm-2.30pm 6.00pm-10.30pm. Closed on Mondays. Whatsapp 017-7214398 for reservations.

Pregnant & nursing safe* sunscreens

You should really read this article on sunscreen. Both mineral and chemical sunscreen is risky. Nak elak skin cancer, hormone and reproductive system affected. Tsk. But it is still important so you need to know what you put on your skin. Make informed decisions all time, every time.

So what is safe (*no oxybenzone, octocrylene, octinoxate, octisalate, homosalate, 4-Methylbenzylidene camphor (link)) for me might not be for you.
Whatever it is, since I've spend few weeks going through ingredients in stores and online (CosDNA/skincarisma/ratzilla), here's *MY*{asian beauty} safe list:
1. dear, Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence SPF 50 PA ++++ (Chemical: Uvinul A Plus & Uvinul T 150) (link)
